Invincible: Guarding the Globe is a mobile squad RPG set in the Invincible universe featuring a storyline brand new to the series. The first Invincible mobile game, offering graphic multi-battle action, character collection, squad management, idle features and super-powered visuals.
Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile developed and maintains Invincible: Guarding the Globe. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they needed more UI/UX assistance on the Alliance vs Alliance game mode for 4 months beginning in April 2025.
When I joined, there were early designs and wireframes for the game mode. Not all screens had their UX wireframes or UI style decided on. I worked alongside Nalin, my UX Lead at Red Storm Entertainment. We had been under the impression that Nalin would be doing whatever design or art work that remained, while I would begin asset import and Unity implementation. However, we quickly realized they needed more help on the UX design and art than any technical implementation, so I quickly changed hats and began to work closely with my UX Lead as I bolstered my skills.
